Selleys No More Gaps Coloured Caulk also boasts superior flexibility to accommodate building movement, meaning cracks and gaps will remain hidden for longer. It has an impressive elongation/stretch capability of over 350% and can handle up to +/- 20% movement. This caulk can be painted over with both water and oil-based paints after the surface has skinned, approximately 30 minutes post-application. For wider joints, it is recommended to wait 48 hours before painting to avoid paint shrinkage and cracking. Formulated for long-term resistance to cracking and crumbling, it is water-based for easy cleanup and will not stain building materials. Additionally, it offers good resistance to weathering and is mould and mildew resistant.
