The abrasive grit is impregnated within the length of the nylon filament, making it an ideal tool for removing rust and oxide build-up from plastics, woods, and steel. Unlike wire brushes, the softer nylon abrasives are less detrimental to the finish of paintwork, making this brush perfect for surface preparation prior to repainting.

The wheel brush shape allows for easy lateral movement across surfaces and provides effective cleaning action in corners and recesses. With a 100mm wheel size and made from 80 grit nylon filaments, this brush works at a maximum speed of 4,500rpm.
