The CHEMSET 801 XC2 CARTRIDGE is a heavy-duty epoxy acrylate designed for anchoring threaded studs and reinforcing bars into solid concrete, stone, hollow brick, and hollow concrete blocks. It offers high bond strength for both diamond and carbide drilled holes, ensuring fast curing for high productivity. The non-drip formula makes it ideal for overhead installations, and its styrene-free, low-odor composition ensures safety and ease of use. This product is perfect for applications involving steel columns, beams, starter bars, road stitching, seating, and handrails.

The product specifications are as follows: Part A appears white, Part B black, and when mixed, it turns dark grey. It is an epoxy chemical type with a density of 1.30 kg/litre at 20C. The heat distortion temperature is approximately 80C, with a hardness greater than Shore D 80. The compressive strength is 75 MPa, water absorption is greater than 4 GPa, tensile strength exceeds 25 MPa, and flexural strength is approximately 22 MPa. It meets the AS/NZS4020 standard for contact with drinking water and has service temperature limits ranging from -10C to 80C. The working time at 20C is 6 to 10 minutes, with a loading time of 14 hours. The minimum installation temperature is 5C, and the maximum is 40C. The product is suitable for substrates such as solid concrete, solid stone (proof loading recommended), and solid brick.
